User Guide for Debit / Credit Card

• Insert the card into the ATM according to the arrow shown on the card
• Choose the Language (English or Myanmar)
• Enter the PIN via the Key Pad.

You can choose the following Services:

• Balance Inquiry
• Mini Statement
• PIN Change
• Cash Withdrawal
• Fund Transfer
• Cardless Cash Withdrawal

• Press the balance inquiry button
• Choose account types
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button

• Press “Mini Statement” button
• Choose account types
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button

• Press “PIN Change” button
• Enter New PIN (6 digits)
• Reenter New PIN (6 digits)
• Press “Confirm” button

• Press “Cash Withdrawal” button
• Choose account types (Current or Savings).
• Choose “Amount” or Enter amount via key pad.
• Press “Reset” button for correction. (or)
• Press “confirm” button.
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button.

FUND TRANSFER

• Own Account Transfer
• Other Account Transfer
• Cardless Remittance
• Inter Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT)

Own Account Transfer

• Press “To MWD A/C (Own)” button
• Choose Account Type (Current or Savings)
• Choose Withdrawal Account Number(Debit Account)
• Choose Beneficiary Account Number (Credit Account)
• Enter transferred Amount
• Press “Confirm” Button
• Check transfer information and Press “Confirm” Button
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button.

Other Account Transfer

• Press “To MWD A/C (Other)” button
• Choose Account Type (Current or Savings)
• Choose Withdrawal Account Number (Debit Account)
• Enter Beneficiary Account Number(Credit Account)
• Enter transferred Amount
• Press “Confirm” Button
• Check transfer information and Press “Confirm” Button
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button.

Cardless Remittance

• Press “Cardless Remittance” button
• Choose Account Type (Current or Savings)
• Enter Beneficiary Phone No.
• Press “Confirm” Button
• Enter the customer defined PIN (4 digits) that will be used for cash withdrawal.
• Press “Confirm” Button
• Enter the remit Amount
• Press “Confirm” Button
• Check remittance information and Press “Confirm” Button

Inter Bank Fund Transfer

• Fund transfer between other bank accounts
• Fund transfer from MWD bank to other bank accounts

Fund transfer between other bank accounts

• Press “Fund Transfer” button
• Choose “IBFT” button
• If the withdrawal account and beneficiary account is under the same bank, press “to Same Bank” button. Otherwise, Press “to Other Bank” button and choose bank name of withdrawal Account.
• Choose beneficiary account types (Account or Card).
• Enter Account Number or Card Number.
• Press “Confirm” button.
• Enter transferred amount and press “confirm” button.
• Check transferred information and press “confirm” button.
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button.

Fund transfer from MWD bank Account to other bank accounts

• Press “Fund Transfer” button.
• Choose “IBFT” button.
• Choose transferred account type (current or savings).
• Choose beneficiary bank name.
• Choose beneficiary account types (Account or Card)
• Enter Account Number or Card Number.
• Press “Confirm” button.
• Enter transferred amount and press “confirm” button.
• Check transferred information and press “confirm” button.
• If you want receipt, press “Yes” button.

• Touch the ATM Screen
• Press “Cardless Withdrawal” button
• Enter beneficiary Phone Number and press “Confirm” button.
• Press “Reset” button for correction.
• Enter PIN 4 digits received from sender and then 6 digits received via SMS to the beneficiary Phone number.
• Press “Confirm” button.(or) Press “Reset” button for correction.
• Enter transferred amount and Press “confirm” button.
• Press “Reset” button for correction.

• You can make online payment with Myawaddy Bank cards at e-commerce merchant’s websites listed on www.mwdbank.com and www.myanmarpaymentunion.com and also websites that accept or applying MPU cards payments.
• After adding to cart on these sites, check out with MPU for payment.
• Enter Card number and Expiry date.
• Press “Get OTP” button.
• Enter received OTP and press “confirm” button.
